nesbitt family history

These posts are the story of 4 young NESBITT boys growing up in Liverpool in the mid to late 19th Century. Dedcicated to my late Uncle John Nesbitt who had the passion and the interest. It is best read with a hard copy of the Nesbitt Family Chart alongside your computer desk to refer to.

Denbigh St Liverpool

This area of Liverpool has not only a strong Irish tradition but a Welsh one as well. William and Ann Nesbitt lived in this street for almost 40 years with their children. The name Denbigh is found in Wales, and an excellent insight into the area can be found at www.scottiepress.org. For a bigger and more recent map try "mapquest UK". I wonder if they had water views?
